TOMATO DRESSING:
IN A LARGE BOWL , PLACE 4 CUPS PEELED AND DICED FRESH TOMATES
1/4 CUP CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
1/4 CUP MILD PICANTE SAUCE
1/4 CUP DICED ZUCCHINI
1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL
1/4 CUP BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 CLOVE GARLIC (FINELY MINCED)
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

1 LARGE GREEN BELL PEPPER CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES OR STRIPES
2-3 SMALLZUCCHINI CUT INTO 1/4 INCH SLICES
1/3 CUP SOY SAUCE MARINADE SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED 8 CHERRY TOMATOES

RINSE,PAT TRY AND THREAD MUSHROOMS, GREEN PEPPER AND ZUCCHINI ALTERNATING ONTO SKEWERS. COMBINE SOYSAUCE, SALT, PEPPER AND GARLIC.
