MUSHROOM VEGETABLE KABOBS

8 OZ. MONTEREY'S WHOLE BABY BELLA/BROWN MUSHROOMS
8 OZ. MONTEREY'S CLEAN AND READY WHOLE WHITE MUSHROOMS
1 LARGE GREEN BELL PEPPER CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES OR STRIPES
2-3 SMALLZUCCHINI CUT INTO 1/4 INCH SLICES
1/3 CUP SOY SAUCE MARINADE SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED 8 CHERRY TOMATOES
8 SKEWERS
RINSE,PAT TRY AND THREAD MUSHROOMS, GREEN PEPPER AND ZUCCHINI ALTERNATING ONTO SKEWERS. COMBINE SOYSAUCE, SALT, PEPPER AND GARLIC.
LIGHTLY BRUSH ON THE VEGETABLES PLACE ON THE GRILL FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES ON LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT TURN AND ADD THE TOMATO TO THE END, BRUSH AGAIN AND RETURN TO GRILL FOR ANOTHER 3-5 MINUTES.
VARIATIONS: USE 1 LB TOP SIRLOIN CUT INTO CUBES BRUSH WITH SOYSAUCE MIXTURE COOK FOR 5 MINUTES THEN ADD THE VEGETABLES, BRUSH LIGHTLY
AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 4-5 MINUTES UNTILYOUR DESIRE CONDITIONS.
YOU CAN ALSO USE ITALIAN DRESSING AS A MARINADE.
